This talk by Elizabeth Gilbert really spoke to me. As an aspiring artist who wishes I could find and focus my inspiration, I often blame myself for not being productive enough. I wonder what’s wrong with me when I don’t feel that driving and unstoppable need to create, like so many other artists seem to feel. It’s a White Christmas, and I’m Capturing It All

This has been a fantabulous Christmas. I managed to feel good about my gift-giving extravaganza without going into debt (OK, so I’m broke…but at least I’m not in the negative). Plus, my wonderful husband and mother and father all chipped in to get me a digital SLR camera plus accessories! I hope to relearn all of the photography skills that I have completely forgotten…over time, of course. In other news, I have no idea what to do with this website. I don’t feel like a blogging type of girl…and yes, I understand the irony after my other post re: microblogging...
